For this project we reconfigured the exterior of the home. This included:
- Installed a new front walkway (from sidewalk to the house)
- Replaced sidewalk.
- New driveway with improved angle so it wasn’t as steep. Also wider for ease of movement.
- New front porch. Poured new concrete at porch and stairs. Built half wall for greater privacy.
- New side fences
- Replaced all windows.
- Rock Borders with rock at front of porch, along driveway, walkway, and sidewalk. Making front yard easier to maintain.

The above image shows the new walkway. Clearly, the work was still underway at the time, as the handrail had yet to be installed. The pathway features dyed and stamped concrete, which adds a textured appearance.
In this above photo we are doing some finishing touches. You can see that the handrail has been installed. The new walkway features a rock border, complemented by a wooden strip that holds the rocks in place and defines the area. In the image above, we are applying some final touches. You can observe that the handrail has been installed. The newly created walkway is bordered with rocks, and a wooden strip secures the rocks in position while clearly defining the space.
You can even see the neighbors cedar fence in the background (in the middle of the photo) that we also installed.
